01. Are you located downtown?
Yes! At the corner of King St. West and Spadina Avenue. We are in the heart of the entertainment district near clubs, pubs, shopping, restaurants and minutes from major attractions like the CN Tower, the Air Canada Centre and the Skydome! View a map

02. How close is the Village to the University of Toronto?
We are a 20-25 minute walk from the university or a 5+ minute streetcar ride north on Spadina.

05. How do I know if you have rooms/beds available?
Our online booking system will automatically show all available beds for the requested date(s). Or, call us toll-free:  1.888.844.7875 to check availability.

06. Is there parking?
Sorry! We wish we had our own parking lot but we don't. There are several lots in the area, however, that cost between $15-20 a full day.

07. What is a "Quad"?
A quad is a room with 4 beds (2 bunk beds)

08. Do you have private rooms?
We have a limited number of boutique private rooms, each one reflecting a different theme and including one luxury bed and custom decor. Washrooms are shared.

09. How many beds are in a private room?
There is one double bed, plus a table, chair, reading lamp, etc.

10. Do you charge per person for your private rooms?
Our private rooms are the same price whether you have one or two people staying in the room. Click here for a list of current rates.

12. Are your rates in Canadian or US dollars?
Canadian, eh!

13. Can I buy your t-shirts on the internet?
Sorry! (not yet anyway...) Guess you'll just have to come stay with us!

14. Will you charge my credit card right away?
No. Your credit card number is used ONLY to guarantee your reservation. You will be charged for the first night if you do not show up for your reservation. So if you need to cancel, please give us 24 hours notice by phone or e-mail and you will not be charged.
